Affiliate Attribution Policy
We use an affiliate program where third-party creators may refer customers to our store via specific links (e.g., ?utm_campaign=NAME).
A. How it works:
When you click an affiliate link, a tracking code (cookie or local storage) is placed on your device. This allows us to attribute a sale to that specific affiliate so we can pay them their earned commission.
B. Data Collected:
- Affiliate Identifier (Name/ID)
- Timestamp of visit/purchase
- Order Value (for commission calculation)
C. Privacy & Consent:
- Strictly Necessary Attribution: We consider the temporary storage of the affiliate ID during your active shopping session to be a "Legitimate Interest" strictly for the purpose of fulfilling our contract with the affiliate (financial attribution).
- Extended Tracking: Any persistent storage of this data for retargeting or long-term analytics is classified under Marketing Cookies and requires your Consent.
D. What affiliates can see
Affiliates may access a dashboard showing sales statistics and performance metrics. We aim to show aggregated reporting and do not intend to share customer personal details (like full name, email, address) with affiliates except where necessary for fraud prevention or legal requirements.
Affiliates will only be able to see statistics including non-private information like the amount of sales/webpage views/revenue their URL/code generated mentioned as a number. No Order IDs are shown/no private info is shown to affiliates of customers.
