We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days within receipt to request a return for any reason.


To be eligible for a return, your plush toy must be in the same condition as when you received it; unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt belonging to your purchase or show your "proof of purchase" in a different way.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Pre-orders

For pre-orders it is advised to wait applying for a refund after 14 business days have passed the estimated release date of the plush.
You can always get your item refunded at any time before your order is sent to you.


Damages, Issues, and Legal Guarantees


Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • USA: Faulty or undelivered goods are refundable within 30 days.
  • EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland: Consumers are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for faulty goods.


If your item develops a fault within these statutory periods, please contact us for a repair, replacement, or refund. Note for Swiss customers: You must inspect and report defects immediately upon discovery.


Mystery Skellies

For "Mystery Skellies" your item can be returned upon finding out you have a duplicate or don't like the item. This has to be done within 14 days of purchase. Faulty items are subject to the statutory warranty periods mentioned above.


Return shipping costs

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will cover return shipping costs only if the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you still get the item you want is to return the item you have but want returned and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase belonging to your specific purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
