Orders including all costs at checkout
EU, US, and UK (orders under £135)
For deliveries shipped within the European Union, the United States, and the United Kingdom (for orders under £135), the total shown at checkout is the total required to pay.
- EU & US: We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. No import duties and taxes will be charged to you after checkout.
- UK: For orders under £135, UK VAT is collected at checkout. You should not be asked to pay additional import charges on delivery.
We don't ship to the following US states: Massachusetts/Ohio/Pennsylvania
Orders excluding some costs at checkout
Switzerland, Norway, and UK (orders over £135)
Orders delivered to Switzerland, Norway, and orders over £135 to the UK may be subject to import VAT, duties, and carrier handling fees on delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility and set by local authorities/carriers. They are not included in our product price or shipping cost.
Refused/uncollected deliveries (Switzerland/Norway/UK)
If a delivery is refused or not collected due to unpaid import charges and the parcel is returned to us (the location it was shipped from), the product price will be refunded once returned, excluding shipping/return/customs fees. If the parcel is not returned to us, we may be unable to issue a refund.
Estimated delivery times
Shipping estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days within the United States (excluding weekends/holidays).
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days within Europe (excluding weekends/holidays).
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days within the United Kingdom (excluding weekends/holidays).
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days within Norway/Switzerland (excluding weekends/holidays).
- During new releases, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take longer. If so, we’ll note it at checkout or in your order confirmation.
Note: Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and customs processes can affect transit times.
Processing time
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipping method, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
- Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.
Address accuracy & changes
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete (including apartment/unit number).
- Address changes/corrections can be requested via admin@squishifulties.com within 24 hours of placing your order (or before dispatch). Once an order ships, we may not be able to change the address.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your parcel:
- Check around your delivery location and with neighbors/building reception
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number
- If still missing, contact us within 3–7 days of the delivery scan so we can assist.
We will open an investigation with the carrier to locate your package. If the carrier cannot locate it, we will classify it as lost and issue a replacement or refund immediately.
A package may be considered lost if it has had no tracking movement for 10–15 business days (domestic) or 15–25 business days (international), depending on the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
- We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolutions depending on the situation.
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we might be able to replace the item for you.
Orders changes & cancellations
- For in-stock items, once an order has been processed for dispatch, it cannot be canceled immediately. However, you can request a return after the item has arrived.
- Cancelling an order before it is processed for dispatch might be possible by messaging us at: admin@squishifulties.com as soon as possible after your order has been placed. You can cancel your order via the “chatbox” feature on our website, using the “cancel order” button and following the instructions.
- For pre-orders, cancellations are permitted before the item ships (see Refund Policy)
Pre-orders
- Pre-order items often ship between 15-70 days. If your order contains in-stock + pre-order items, we will ship your orders separately.
- This is not a guarantee. The time where your order can be shipped can be more than 70 days or less than 15 days.
